Terms & Conditions

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation penalty fees will apply:
• Cancellation must be in writing
• 10% of the full amount 30 days prior to arrival
• 50% of the full amount 10 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• 100% of the full amount if cancelled within less than 10 days prior to arrival date.
• Early departure prior to due date 100% of the full amount.
• If no written cancellation is received you will be liable for the full account.

Proof of identification may be requested on arrival, no keys to third parties. Check in from 14H00 and check out at 10H30, a fee per hour (or part of) will be charge if earlier check in- or later check out will be required.

One parking per room is for free, additional parking if available at additional costs.

Breakfast is served week days from 06H00 until 08H30, weekends from 06H30 until 09H00 in the dining room. If you want to have breakfast earlier or later, please arrange with reception a breakfast pack or room service on arrival. Lunch on request, order before 9h00 and served between 12H00-13H00 at an additional cost. Dinner on request, order before 12H00, a set menu from 18H00-19H00, at an additional cost

Cooking-, braai facilities and equipment only to be used by staff.

No smoking inside the buildings or in front of doorways and windows is allowed, a penalty will be charged.

Damage to property or loss of room keys and/or TV & DSTV remote controls will be charged for at replacement value.

All items left behind in the rooms will be held for safe keeping, and will be disposed of after 14 days if not claimed.

Laundry services are available, at an additional cost.

Beverages (limited) are available from reception/dining room at an additional cost.

Noise levels to be kept at a minimum at all times (no loud talking or shouting, keep the volume of TV’s within average limits at all times).

No abuse of alcohol or unacceptable behaviour will be allowed.

Pool, gym and recreation area open from 6h00 until 19h30, persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The management and staff do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items and injuries.
